Thank you, Cee Lo

I thought I had found cardio soundtrack nirvana when I hit upon the “Glee” station on Pandora. Oh, my friends, little did I know… In truth, that discovery was an important step on my path to enlightenment, as it was only because of my Gleek-dom that and Gwyneth’s guest stint that I found myself singing “Forget You” 24/7. If (IF!) you have Pandora on your phone (or your laptop or whatever), do me a favor: set up a new station using Cee Lo Green’s “Forget You” as your search term and bask in the glory of some good, good music. OMG! To go from Jackie Wilson’s “Higher and Higher” to Corinne Bailey Rae’s “Put Your Records On” to Harvey Danger’s “Flagpole Sitta” (whaaaaat?!?!?) to Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together” was pure magic. There you go, Pandora powers that be, proof that your music genome project works: you have generated the playlist of my life. I fully expect that “Philadelphia Freedom” will be queuing up anytime now.
